I've come to Valley Therapeutic for about two years now and have always had the best experience! My therapist is amazing as well as the other staff. Any time I needed to cancel or reschedule my appointment they've been understanding and make the process a breeze. Even on days/times they may have meetings- I leave a message and they get back to me within the next hour. I've recommended their services to anyone wanting to look into therapy- Their website has everyones background so it definitely makes the process easy as well!

Great establishment with amazing receptionists. If my insurance didn't cover my Therapy sessions I would pay out of pocket for them

Heather Quintero - judgemental, can't keep track of which client is which, was there for specific goal - anxiety and childhood trauma healing, she did not believe me when I said how I was feeling.... I must not be suffering because I seem happy-go-lucky on the surface, so my complaints of having a rough day, struggling with anxiety and wanting to know how to deal with childhood trauma & possible ptsd, basically brushes it off like how about I give you some parenting advice and that can be our goal? I get along fairly well with my son and have a good relationship. Besides bickering over chores sometimes (he is a teen). The worst part was feeling judged for not being christian and being put on the spot of having to defend myself - that others can have different views and no one knows for sure what happens when we die, but yeah.... I don't recommend her. Hopefully she learns to listen to what her clients goals are and what they say is going on more, and follow *their goals, and please if you are too tired or are taking too many clients to where you can't keep track of who is who and what they said in past sessions, you need to consider seeing less clients or take better notes .
