      image Nice we'll kept store, friendly staff, the only downside is that the store does not communicate with the online nor the call center so the store is telling you and charging you for their own errors which they only give excuses and as always can't correct.

      image HORRIBLE experience! Cannot believe weve dealt with this much over returning an Apple Watch that their advanced tech support could never get cellular service set up for. Its been over 10 hours on the phone and finally went to the store to return it and they wouldnt take it-we had to return it to fed ex ourselves and 8 months later theyre still charging us! They never got the return confirmed. Went to the store again and they cant help us. Called online support agent and they happen to see the fed ex tracking and confirm the return! How are they not in unison on their customer accounts?? The online agents 4x on 4 different days promised to help us and confirm the refund and a confirmation email within 24 hrits NEVER come!!!!! This is the worst experience and customer service Ive ever dealt with. I believe we are being scammed and we cannot even leave xfinitythey said well have to pay for devices before we can cancel our account and service. STEER CLEAR OF THIS MOBILE SERVICE. You cannot get honest help.

      image I just finished a call with Xfinity and beyond pissed. Third time to confirm my cancellation with Xfinity, but they keep saying I have a streaming box to return. Weve never ordered one. On top of that, were being charged for using their internet service when told it was free of charge until the cancellation date of Dec. 19. They want to keep you on a leash, folks.
      Returned their Wifi box to use our own a long time ago.
      They will say there is free of charge until a certain date and charge you with an early termination fee, plus any usage during.
      Edit: 3/15/24 They will keep calling you even after youve cancelled.
