Dr. Told me an old wives tail of how to take care of my newborns umbilical stump and it made it worse and bleed which it wasnt before.

My appointment was at 7am, wasnt seen until 8:30am. Front end staff was rude and not welcoming. The Dr was a joke, didnt listen to my concerns or anything.
