        Infuriating. We were "left with someone else" 5 times. The process is ridiculous. Nobody seems to be able to take you through everything and you get handed off over and over. Spent $2500.00 and the service was the worst I've ever had in any store of any kind

        Made my appointment for my phone battery to be replaced. I drove 40 minutes just for them to tell me oh we dont have the part, we need to make another appointment or go to Pleasanton I got up and leave and they didnt care at all.
