Worst place to get Job
Extremely micro managed and the crews education and experience level is no higher than a 7th graders. Management sucks and watchs everything you do thru cameras thru out your shift. Marvin the shift lead lies and steals. He ate my lunch multiple times while I was busting my ass working for this pathetic team and company. Also he kept making racist comments. As in calling me a sandniggers , nigger, among other passive aggressive n things. the turn over rate is really high as in 20 employees in a 2 month period and Marvin has the audacity to brag about it LOL. There is no training whats so ever.
Employment depends on managements moods and like I said everyone at VBC doesnt have a education higher than a 7th grader or are felons or convicts. Not to mention Marvin the lead made it clear multiple times he was a gang member and not to mess with him. I am happy that I was only a temp. The sanitation team at VBC live in their own little world.

Nice lady in office. You must have 2 load locks and they dont allow load bar. Very fast loading. Get ready your DL when you receiving your paperwork.
