Few Sundays ago I was desperate to get my make up done for my best friends wedding because the artist at the Mac in Nordstrrom ( which I had made an appointment with ) never showed up and told anyone to take care of me . Tania at the main Mac was soooo kind and helped me without hesitation. Although she was busy but she multitasked helping incoming customers and me in between . She is a kind soul and professional in customer service. Thank you Tania ( she is beautiful tall with black hair lady in her 40-50s) God bless you oh and my make up was beautiful

I walked into Nordstrom and straight to Mac counter, but the two ladies ignored me and just talked to themselves about their schedule. I left and found this Mac store.  Jonathon was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable!  He absolutely made my day!!  Helped me pick out lipsticks and liner- was so patient with me and really took his time to help find the right color for me.
