Lush Cosmetics Mission Viejo

Popped into Lush the other day to pick up some bath bombs for a friend's birthday ...little did I know that Lush started as a hair care brand and they have so many options for curly hair! Ashley was so helpful to walk me through each product; I got to smell, touch, and try each one. I ended up walking out with the Super Milk for curly hair, a bath bomb birthday set, and the shampoo bar with the cork case to use on an upcoming vacation! I have liked using the Super Milk on my hair to help provide moisture and keep my curls smooth and defined. PLUS I have gotten soo many compliments that my hair smells so good I always enjoy going into Lush and this time did not disappoint, the staff at the Lush in Mission Viejo made me feel like I was shopping with my friends (who were also so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me). I recently hosted my daughter's 8th birthday party at Lush in Mission Viejo, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make it a memorable and enjoyable day for everyone involved. Right from the planning stage, they were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless for me. They provided invitations and goody bags, taking care of all the little details. One of the things that really stood out to me was how they let us play our own music in the store. It added such a personalized touch to the party atmosphere and really made it feel like our own special event. The team also planned all the activities for the party, and they did an exceptional job of managing the guests and ensuring that everyone was having a great time. They kept the kids engaged and entertained throughout the entire party. Charlotte, Ashley, Julie, and Chloe were absolutely fantastic. Their enthusiasm and professionalism made the party truly unforgettable, and I can't thank them enough. They exceeded all of my expectations and made my daughter's special day one that she will always cherish. Thank you, Charlotte, Ashley, Julie, and Chloe for an amazing experience!

Charlotte and Natalie are incredible!! They really take the time to put you and your needs first in finding the right products catered to your specific needs. They ask questions, are polite, fun, and very helpful in making the moment right!! I left with what I came for and some samples to try along with the sense that Id be back just for the girls!! So grateful this place is open!!

Wonderful experience today!!! Chloe was amazing in assisting me in putting together a face care routine. She listened to what my skin concerns were and delivered exactly what I needed. I will be definitely returning to see Chloe again to purchase other items.

Went in to grab a few bathbombs and ended up buying some other items because the associate was so friendly and pleasant to interact with. Her name was Natalie and she was so knowledgeable about the products! I am so excited to try these out! Thank you LUSH! Natalie is amazing!
