Unpleasant online order return experience after waiting in the line for 20 minutes. Items with tags and in original conditions, but they said they couldnt find correct bar codes in the system so I have to return through mail. Eventually charged me twice of $6.99 for mailing return. Not honest website description of return policy!

Really bad management. One day I went to store try to used my coupon to buy shoes of $50 with 10 off. The manger, Cindy , is so rude and disrespectful and even racism. I tried to return a pair of shoes that I bought at another champ last 3 days and repurchase with 4 more pair to used my $50 coupon and she said she cant do it for repurchase transactions. Then I told her get me another pair so I can meet my $50 spending to get $10 but she refuse to sale to me just because I buying sale items. She not even welcome customers but asked me to leave the store with very bad attitude and if I dont she call security. I said to myself I didnt do anything wrong just try to buying good deal shoes and the manager act like I am criminal. I share this because I dont want anyone to be in same situation when you try to return an item with proof of receipt for just 3 days and repurchase for more and got treat like a criminal. Maybe I buy sale items but even though any customer cannot be judged how much they buy or the way they look. Maybe I am Asian she think I am cheap but not everyone like that. This is unexpected when you get justice by color or how much you spend. Even spending $1 still respect customers not do rude.
