        Customer service does not stand behind their words. There was an incident in the store one day and they shut down the store early kicking us shoppers out. I was unable to use my express cash that was expiring that day. I was given a post it acknowledging I could use the cash later. That has gone exactly as you expect - the store managers refuse to acknowledge it, customer service denied the claim and I am left $50 short due to no fault of mine. Never had this experience at any other retailer, especially for someone who charges so much for their merchandise this behavior is unacceptable
