Excellent customer service and the cars are the best. I recommend it 100%, without a doubt it is my favorite place to rent cars and the manager is a super nice person!!!

Complete waste of time. They don't tell you details until after you make a reservation. They require your own collision insurance and don't offer their own. After I add the coverage to my existing policy (and losing 12hrs in the process since binders go in effect at midnight), I walk 30min to pick up the vehicle in the morning, only to be told they don't take Debit with a VISA logo on it. Only dedicated credit cards. No cash, no other alternative. MAYBE TELL THIS TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY MAKE A RESERVATION. God awful customer service, just save yourself a headache and go to an Enterprise. At least their terrible service still gets me a car.

Great customer service. It's always been a great experience and pleasure for me. Booking a reservation with their Manager Christina Hernandez and her Staff is so easy and convenient. They are friendly, polite, respectful and professional, takes good care of their clients. All their vehicles are well maintained, neat and new, makes me come back to them as always in regards to our rental needs, so far from back then till the present I can say that Toyota Milpitas is the best. Keep up the excellent service. Thank you very much Christina, Diana, Jackie and all your Staff.

Excellent customer service. Christina Hernandez and her staff made this process, easy .They were professional and had great customer service. They took great care of my family and I. The vehicles are very clean. I will definitely come back for all my rentals when needed and recommend them to my friends and family, Thank you Christina
