    We've been a loyal customer since 2002 of the Piercy Toyota up to present (and still counting) - now that it is Envision Toyota of Milpitas. Great customer service. More specially the car service department. Look for Mike Tran (soft spoken and very humble person, the best), and he will give you the best advise and recommendations you need for your car maintenance/service, may it be a major or minor car service.

    Bad experience. BEWARE. I traded in old leased car(different auto company) and bought a Toyota car. They didnt do the paper work right and now Im at default on the previous cars leasing company. They assured me that they will take care of it. I got to know 3 months later from previous auto that the car is still under my name and that the transfer hasnt been done. The management, business and finance department - all refuse to provide me answers despite visiting store in person twice. Ill be going again since its affecting my credit score and I dont even have that car so why Im being defaulted/ fined. Terrible experience.

    Went there for regular maintenance days ago. I didnt feel any difference in driving after the Maintenance. Checked my car max record and the maintenance is not showing up there. Did they really serviced my vehicle?

    Gosh where can I start Ive had the worst experience for my first time being in a well known dealership. Toyota has disappointed me to the point where no matter how good of a label they have, I would take my business elsewhere. The main guy Named Steve (a short old guy, he didnt want to give me his last name) who apparently gives out the contracts everyday was a total smart mouth not being helpful explaining a issue on the contract. Someone else had to take over and explain before Steve blew his head off at me just after asking him to see what I highlighted on the contract! Right after this child like situation I get called from Toyota saying I still need to provide information to get approved for the loan before rates change, cars taken, credit dropped I already have the car at home! Why would they let me drive off with our deal being incomplete! The exact same day Ive had a appointment at 1:15pm for a simple check to see if brakes work fine on this new car. I didnt leave that place til basically 6pm and was seeing so many cars come in after me and leave before me. Later after finding out they need more info on the car I missed work to get provide them the paper since it was urgent. I was stressed out of my mind thinking Im getting my car taken and credit shot bc of their mistake!!! I gave them the missing information asap as they wanted now my calls are ignored from the finance manager Jericho A. Espiritu. They only answer quick when they need something but love to take their sweet time when I want to know if the missing info is processed in or not! I will say it again A RELIABLE CAR LABLE BUT HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I felt bullied, mistreated, and mostly played. Not even a month as passed and I feel like Toyota Milpitas has slapped me in the face after giving my business to them. If I could return the car an get my money boy Id do it in a heartbeat. I totally regret stepping foot into that dealership.

    Bought a car from them a month ago horrible experience up to now I dont know what bank to make my payment to and every time I call to speak to finance they send me to voicemails that never return my call and when I ask to speak to someone they say the person longer works there. Worst buying experience of my life do not come here unless u want ur credit tan 100 times for them to still tell u theyre working it theyre a joke I usually dont like to share negative reviews like this but they just been horrible to me.
