    They do not run shuttles and rely on BART or other means. They are listed on the sho shuttle bus board and the SHO QR scan pulls up the hotel name and phone number. However they do not run shuttles. $35+ uber from airport. In the end the staff are nice. Coffee makers are in the bathrooms of the hotel rooms which is um,.. unique... Beds are decent. Overall room cleanliness is good.

    Will definitely stay here again! Staff are AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast options. Large, clean rooms with great internet service. Several good restaurants within walking distance

    As a Marriott Platinum Member I can safely say this is not to standard. This place is in need of an upgrade. Our double room was stuffy and dingy. Two full beds rather than queens were very tight. Dated sofa did not fold out. Dated under window system could not maintain temp. Bathroom was old and grundgy complete with a wall phone. DirectTV rather than satellite. Breakfast was also very limited. Staff was great and location is good, but I would not want to spend any significant amount of time here. Overnight to get to the airport served it's purpose. Hopefully this is high on Marriott's list for refurbishment.

However, we deeply regret the challenges you faced during your visit and apologize for any discomfort you experienced. We wish you had alerted us to these issues during your stay, as it would have been no problem to switch your room so you could be more comfortable. We understand the importance of maintaining a fresh and updated look for our property; we are happy to announce that we are at the beginning stages of a major renovation and have already begun some of our planned improvement projects. We are excited at the prospect of featuring a great facility for our guests once the renovations are over, and we hope that you will return at that time to enjoy the wonderful experience that we aim to provide to all of our guests. In the meantime, our maintenance team has been alerted to your comments so they can service the heating/cooling unit to ensure it is working as efficiently as possible. We will also discuss your review with our housekeeping team and see to it that our staff does a better job of cleaning the bathrooms moving forward. As for breakfast, we are currently providing a complimentary deluxe hot continental breakfast buffet comprising all items required and approved by Marriott and purchased from Marriott-approved vendors. Our breakfast includes scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, fruit, fresh oatmeal, toast, yogurts, cereals and many more items. It's unfortunate that our breakfast fell short of your expectations, but we assure you that all Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott hotels offer the same menu items.
