Here, we would like to mention that our hotel is conveniently located just one mile west of San Francisco International Airport, and we are close to the Caltrain, Millbrae BART Station, and Millbrae Transit Center, meaning our guests have a choice of transportation options to get to and from our property. That said, we apologize if you felt let down. Please know that we no longer provide airport shuttle services at our location and don't advertise this amenity on our brand website anymore. Unfortunately, there may be many websites out there with incorrect hotel information, and we don't have much control over their content. That is why, for correct and up-to-date information, it is best to book directly with us on our brand's website. While the hotel is not responsible for third-party advertising, we assure you that we have noted your concern and will verify the information published on the SFO shuttle bus board to ensure it is accurate and updated. We appreciate your endorsement of our staff and location, and it's nice to know that our accommodation served the purpose of your short trip. However, we deeply regret the challenges you faced during your visit and apologize for any discomfort you experienced. We wish you had alerted us to these issues during your stay, as it would have been no problem to switch your room so you could be more comfortable. We understand the importance of maintaining a fresh and updated look for our property; we are happy to announce that we are at the beginning stages of a major renovation and have already begun some of our planned improvement projects. We are excited at the prospect of featuring a great facility for our guests once the renovations are over, and we hope that you will return at that time to enjoy the wonderful experience that we aim to provide to all of our guests. In the meantime, our maintenance team has been alerted to your comments so they can service the heating/cooling unit to ensure it is working as efficiently as possible. We will also discuss your review with our housekeeping team and see to it that our staff does a better job of cleaning the bathrooms moving forward. As for breakfast, we are currently providing a complimentary deluxe hot continental breakfast buffet comprising all items required and approved by Marriott and purchased from Marriott-approved vendors. Our breakfast includes scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, fruit, fresh oatmeal, toast, yogurts, cereals and many more items. It's unfortunate that our breakfast fell short of your expectations, but we assure you that all Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott hotels offer the same menu items.
