Pro Bed reasonably comfortable Has the bigger sized dorm refrigerator Has microwave Nice shower Has a parking garage Good breakfast with a dedicated attendant keeping it well stocked and clean. Staff seems nice. Con Bathroom slider door couldnt close all the way, leaving a big gap so no privacy. Lots of road noise coming through bathroom windows but no way to close bathroom door all the way so it could be heard in room. You have to tell them the night before if you want your room cleaned but they dont tell you that when you check in. So, the 2nd day, we asked them to clean it the following day. They asked what time we would be out of the room and we said 11am. The next morning at about 9am, the cleaning guy just came waltzing in; no knock or indication they were going to open the door. Not OK. So, lock your slide over latch if you are there. On our last morning there, we got a notice on our car parked the garage that our car was going to be towed because we werent guests at the hotel. We had given them the license plate number when we checked in but apparently they were supposed to give us something to put in the window of the car to show we were staying there. Would have been very angry if they had towed it. The room was generally clean but it looked like they just vacuum the centers of the room so there was crud along the edges (not bed bug crud; just bits of other stuff).

A very good experience, we were left with the desire to stay more days but we will return, God willing Rooms: Very clean, spacious and beautiful Nearby activities: It is located in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants and in the middle of the San Francisco peninsula where everything is close by. Safety: Very safe and quiet Walkability: It is located on the Camino Real de Milbrae, an excellent place to walk and visit restaurants, cafes and markets. Food & drinks: Very good and varied

I had a great experience here. Location is perfect, it is within 10 mins of San Francisco International Airport. There is a pharmacy (walgreens) and grocery store nearby (safeway and trader joes) Amenities include: -parking (but have to pay $10 per day) -complimentary breakfast (7-10am) -housekeeping (only if you request it) -gym -outside pool -office center at lobby (in case you want to print boarding passes or for work) and laundry room (have to pay $1.50 and they have detergent in lobby for purchase $3 or can run to nearby dollar tree). Only nitpick is the bottles of shampoo and body wash provided are tiny so have to use a lot especially for long hair. The breakfast staff are the nicest. Especially the big Hispanic guy with the glasses and black baseball cap. He was nice to the kids and engages and talks to the guests. Would highly recommend staying here.
