The service quality is good, but the waiting time is very long. It would be better if the staff could put a cushion on the seat when driving.

Americas tire's website should change its availability to schedule a tire and wheel install within the appropriate time such wheels and tires are delivered to the store. The store does need to work on minor details, yet what store doesn't.
With that being said, Kevin,the manager, has provided me with great customer service. Upfront genuine guy who is doing his best to provide the best service he can. I really appreciate his patience and understanding.
Skyler was a very polite, professional and patient clerk. Others on the other hand should probably work on how they portray themselves, the smirking and little chatter on side was somewhat unprofessional but being young men I understand they will act accordingly.
Overall I will be happy to use their services and will be the main store I will use from now on.
