image Worth the small drive to get quality customer service! Im more than happy with the work that was done on my new car, not to mention the staff is friendly, professional and down to earth. I wont be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I highly recommend having a chat with Maricela if your car is experiencing any issues. Shes great!

image The only reason I had to go thru them was cuz of my protection warranty purchased thru western motors when I got my car and they canceled my services after I already had the towing company outside of my house ready to pick up my car. They canceled last minute due to "their reputation" because I unfortunately have a interlock device in my car... I had called and told them about it and said they can work.with that and have worked with many cars with a device in it. I went ahead and did the claim and after saying they could work w it called the towing and they called last minute saying it was their "reputation" they were worried about. Only thing that sucks is that when I purchased the car thru western motors they added that I could only take it to them if it was within 40mi for their service center to the co tract according to the warranty place..... Now I'm screwed without a car cuz they refused to work with me after r they said they would..... Makes me not want to even ever purchase a car from them I've only had the car for two years serviced it regularly and now it's broken down and they refuse to fix it.

image Do not bring your car here! I don't do Google reviews ever but I had to get on here this time. I brought my jeep in for a simple oil change and tune up. When I came to pick it up, they said everything was good and I paid nearly $500 for the service. As I was driving I noticed a sort of sqeaking sound from under the hood so I called them up and told them about it. Also my glove box was misaligned and the padding from behind it was left hanging. They had me bring it back so they can check it out and fix the issues. When I took it back they took about a day to get to it and when they checked it out, they said it was the back brakes that were making that sound because they're a little worn down. I assured them it wasn't my brakes because the sound only happens when I accelerate, not when I brake. I asked them if they test drove it and they said they had and that's all they could find. I asked them to allow me to come and take a test drive with the mechanic so he can hear for himself. When I got there, they asked me to dive because they wanted to make sure it wasn't user error, claiming that it could be my driving at it I'm accelerating to fast or driving hard (it's a stick shift btw). As soon as I drove off the lot, you could hear the noise loud and clear and as the RPMs climbed to 3k, it only got louder so there was no way they took this on a test drive or they would have heard it. He said now he hears it and they'll look into it. I left it there for another day. The next day, they tell me that it's coming from my air cleaner box. There is a broken connection to it and they claimed it came in that way and they never touched it. I told them I didn't bring it in there broken and sqeaking and they held to it that they had nothing to do with it, that they didn't go near it. I asked them if they changed the air filter as part of the tune up because that's what they charged me for. They kind told me to hold on, that'll talk to the mechanic and call me back. When they did, they claimed it was already broken and held in place with silicone when I brought it in and they had to scrape it off to get to it. I told them it wasn't possible because no body has touched that box since I bought it 5 years ago (yes I know I should change the filter more frequently) and it never gave me issues until now. All they could say is that it must have been the dealership that did that and all they can do is have me buy the new part and they will not charge me labor to install it. At this point I'm tired of arguing and figured I'll just buy the part and this will be an expensive lesson. They had my car for nearly 3 weeks waiting for that part. I was told it was at the dealership in turlock that they're waiting for them to bring it. Come to find out, they tell me the part is on a nation side backorder and the part is no longer available (even though they said it was there) and they don't know when it will be in stock. I went and picked up my car and later found the part online and ordered it myself. I have been without my jeep for almost 4 weeks now and spent about $1000 in rental cars and filling up other people's cars that I had to borrow. I will never go here again. I usually use Super Shop on 14th and V street and never had any issues when it came to fixing my AC or replacing the headers in my wife's car. I only went here because they were booked for a week out and I was in a rush to get it done. Now I'm left without a car and unnecessary expenses. Again, DO NOT COME HERE.
