I have been with MFA off and on for about 6 years. I've tried to stick with the same doctor, and it went pretty good. The front desk clerks and assistants have always been so nice and helpful. They are not the type of organization that procrastinate when it comes to you getting the help that they are there for. The major that I know have been there for years, they do their exact job description. If any issues that may arise they either correct it or they will have a few options to assist you as similar as possible. I really do appreciate all the hard effort and responsibility they put in to help me and this community. They are highly respected. Go MFA family!!!

Doctor Kano is amazing. I have never felt so seen and heard by a doctor before, and he also took the time to explain what my issue is and how the medication helps.

Dear Ray Cervantes, maybe when you see patients and you tell them you are going to send them their Blood pressure medications you should send them. It shouldnt take an entire week for you and your staff to send these medications to the pharmacy even after weve called and asked as a friendly reminder for them to be sent. Just in case you forgot prolonged elevated blood pressure can lead to potential strokes in case you forgot the basics of nursing. So MFA front office staff and mid level providers, do better. Fun fact, your front staff brought me to the back for vitals at at 5:00 when my appointment was at 3:15, waited another 45 minutes with no updates and so we left. The staff had the audacity to delete my vitals and record i was a no show. Sounds like some work ethic issues that they would even delete my stay and say I was a no show. So be careful everyone as false charting seems to be a thing here so they are not held accountable for when patients are not seen in a timely manner they just falsify that no one ever showed up. Sketchy practice

If you want your child to be seen by a pediatrician who DOESNT care for them, then see Dr. Mahajan. She is the pediatrician we went too whom at one month old told me my child had colic due to crying while passing gas. My baby would ONLY cry when passing gas. She said that means she has colic and I asked, isnt that when theyre crying 24/7? She said not always. Shell out grow it though. I took it upon myself to switch her formula to a sensitive kind that helps with gas and my child stopped crying. Why wasnt that not the first recommendation as our pediatrician? On top of that she is hard to get ahold of via phone or appointments (never will get a same day appt especially if your child is ill and needs to be seen) and if you message on the portal asking a question she gets upset. I truly dont know why she is a doctor, you can tell she can care less because the children she sees arent HER child. I wouldnt take the time to make this review if I didnt strongly want to warn other mamas. Save yourself some time and find another doctor who will listen to your concerns, not dismiss you, and truly care for your childs well being! Just to mention, she also didnt want to make a referral for us when it was recommended by a hospital due to abnormal behavior. Again, this shows how much she hates doing anything that will take up her time.
