Right off the bat, they didn't want to give us a copy of our medical records, which is a violation of HIPAA. Their reason was because "they just didn't do it anymore". The clinic is very overpriced for a 5 minute consultation. I definitely suggest to go somewhere else.

Dr. Reddy is a great doctor. He is straightforward and gives you his best advice as a professional in his field. the time for his consultation is quite fast. I advice to go visit him with 2-3 questions on hand and be willing to listen. He cares a lot about the health of his patients and I am sure you will reach to the same conclusion after your first visit. by the way, the females from the front Staff are remarkably friendly and eager to help.

at first i thought this was going to be a good experience, the ladies working the front desk were very nice and helpful and all ran smoothly up until i actually met with the doctor. He was extremely aggressive, cut me off before I could even explain anything to him, talked to me like I was an idiot, and over all made me uncomfortable.

To say Dr. Jaipal Reddy is a professional in his field is a huge understatement. His compassion, commitment, and intelligence is more than I've ever seen in a health-care professional. He is extremely dedicated and knows how to properly treat his patients! Also, as his practice is named, it truly does feel like a family-type environment. The hospitality and sincerity he has will make you feel like he is one of your long lost uncles! Not to mention, the same goes with the rest of the employees at this location as well.Usually I have never particularly enjoyed heading to the doctor's office, but Dr. Reddy and Crew have made my experiences very comforting and satisfactory. The entire staff is courteous, and the office is remarkably clean.
