Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We stopped by because a car wed rented from Seattle was starting to show a recurring warning light about tyre pressure loss. When we got to the airport, Jerome was very helpful and friendly. He sorted us out a new replacement middle-size SUV. So quick and easy. And then, when we couldnt get our luggage into the new SUV, Jerome gave us a free upgrade to a bigger SUV. Great service! We have always had great experiences with Enterprise. Thank you Jerome.

Horrible experience, rented a car, and the day before I was going to return it I got a text message saying that the enterprise I was returning to would be closed, and to call Enterprise to arrange a different drop off, when I called the person I spoke to said the message was a mistake that there was nothing to worry about that some one would be there.... When I showed up to drop the car off 2 hrs before my flight no one was there to accept the car, no one was at the office, no one answered when I tried to call..

It's a scam this is not enterprise. They took $300 from my mom and told her to pick up car next day and when she whent to enterprise the next day they had no clue what my mom was talking about. The mcckenlyvill web site is FAKE!
