Evey helped me open up a sapphire preferred card. Ive never applied in branch and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Any of the questions I had, she was extremely helpful explaining things like how to improve credit score and such. Thankful i have her as a contact for any future questions!

An employee named Philip was very weird when he approached me as I needed help. He did not solve any of my issues I had and frustrated me because he didn't know how to do his job. Might as well go back to training. Flirting with your customers is definitely not okay!

Made a wire transfer at 10:30AM at the branch and was told it wouldnt take more than 2 hours for it to hit the recipients account. I needed the money in the account by 1PM. Five hours later and over an hour wasted on the phone and still no transfer. Back at the branch to be told to sit and wait because its in limbo.... how wonderful!
