I was working in Marina Del Rey and I stepped into a Starbucks and they told me I couldn't have service without a mask I saw my branch open next-door walked into the branch and Sardor Zoda gave me a mask and saved the day Great costumer  service Thanks guys

Union Bank is absolutely the worst bank, hands down. I've banked with them for over twenty years, and when my car was broken into and checks stolen from my car, the thieves called me and attempted to extort $3k from me. The police told me not to give them this money. I filed a police report, which they didn't make it easy to do. I alerted the bank, closed my acct and opened a new one, the bank was aware of this attempted extortion and break in to my car, and advised me to open the new acct. The old acct could not be draw on or deposited into, and would automatically close in 90 days. They continued to draw on the acct even under the circumstances and well beyond the 90 days. The acct never closed as I was informed, When the acct became overdrawn over $10k, they removed the funds from my new acct. So not only did my car get broken into and I was victimized by thugs BUT now they allowed the fraudulent checks to pass through my acct AND MADE ME RESPONSIBLE victimizing me again. I'm closing my acct and never bank with this bank NOR SHOULD YOU!!!

The poor customer service I received yesterday must be a sign of poor working conditions at that bank.  I was the only customer in the bank, there were 2 tellers, and 1 "banker".  I needed help with making a change to my account, and the banker said to me "You will have to wait, I am working on something right now."  I waited for a while, then asked the tellers if either of them could help me.  They politely asked me questions to act as if they were trying to help, but ultimately told me that I would need to make an appointment with the banker.  They made me wait and answer questions just to tell me that I would need to make an appointment with the banker on another day! That banker, by the name of Carmelo, must be stressed with things.  He couldn't set his paperwork aside to help the customer standing in front of him, and he couldn't even tell me that he would be ready to assist at a particular time.  He didn't even mention once that an appointment was necessary.  He just ignored me.  All of that wasted time took longer than the actual change that I needed to make.  I drove on over to the branch on Centinela, and Toni was able to help me immediately and quickly.  I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.  Whatever stress and poor management decisions that are going on at the branch on Lincoln, it showed in Carmelo's inability to do his job for the customer standing in front of him.  To the management - you should check on your boy.  He might be overwhelmed, and you might need to think better about how to support him.
