This center is located in a new remodeled shopping center however the store itself is in horrible shape. Everything from carpets, to chairs, paint, front desk etc. is very dirty and dilapidated. Makes you wonder about the service. There is good reason to be concerned about the service, it's horrible. There motto is the customer is never right !. I stopped using Jenny Craig in October 2019 yet they continued to bill a monthly service fee of 20.00 for nearly 6 months. I phoned the store and customer service , they both acknowledged I stopped using service October 2019, requested cancellation November 2019 yet they refused to refund the month service. Absolutely horrible service, avoid at all cost.

Went in here for a run down of what the program was. Woman was extremely rushing me. Told me I had to wait an hour though there was only one person waiting. Unprofessional and rude not welcoming.

I joined Jenny Craig to 1) lose a few pounds; 2) get back on a regular eating schedule; 3) take advantage of their special, which included getting a $100 Visa card after a 4 week membership.I did lose a few pounds, not quite as much as my "goal", but enough.  I got back on a regular eating schedule, which was terrific, and so much easier doing it when you're got a person looking over your shoulder.But I confirmed 3 times about the Visa card, because I moved during the course of the membership;  and was told each time that the consultant had confirmed it was on its way.It's now been well over 3 months since I joined, 2 months since I stopped doing the diet.  So I called again about the Visa card.  The good news - the regular director at this location, who is back from leave, did get back to me.  The bad news - their corporate office will not honor their commitment because I took 29 days to complete my 4 orders instead of 28 days!  (This never came up in my other inquiries, and it seemed like the offer said "be a member for at least 4 weeks.")If their food wasn't so darned expensive, I probably wouldn't even care, but every time I paid almost $200 for a week's worth of food, I justified it by knowing I'd get $100 back at the end.Bottom line - read the fine print, don't expect them to be customer friendly!

I was a life time member of Jenny Craig. It was a good solution for me to take those extra pounds off now and then. Just over a year ago I developed a sensitivity to soy. No big deal. Instead of following the standard menu I chose meals that I could eat and there were no problems. This time when I made my appointment I was denied service because of this sensitivity. This is after I sat waiting for my appointment for 30 minutes. I find it so incredibly rude to waste someone's time especially when they've been a good customer for years.

Kelley is a awesome she is the center director GIna is very sweet and helpfulBrittany is great if you go on a SundayJeanette is very knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend this Center
