Victoria Babilonia was our real estate agent for our condo in Rolling Hills Estates in 2022. She did a tremendous job selling the condo. We got 7 offers within a week and selling it for more than 14% over the asking price. But her contribution is far more than the results. After consulting with us and getting our approval, she handled all the important aspects of the selling process, including repairing (we have quite a few places that need repair), renovation, staging, photographing, and even our moving out before starting all the work. She laid out an aggressive schedule to finish everything in one month. Somehow, she has all the resources and personnel to efficiently do great jobs on schedule. The contractor for renovation was especially impressive. He did an amazing array of repairing and renovation tasks (even including replacing some broken tiles!) in a little over 2 weeks. Needless to say, we are very happy with the results and the ENTIRE PROCESS. In fact, we are currently in the process of selling an out-of-state rental house and buying an apartment building here in California. Guess who is going to be our buying agent, Victoria!

It is not my custom to give anyone five stars but in this case it was deserved. Victoria provided her professional experience in selling our house and managing the whole process from beginning to point of sale. She provided information on the legal process, paper work, realtor fees involved, and tips on preparing the house for display. She arranged the "staging " of the house for prospective buyers. When buyers became interested and made offers they were discussed and vetted with us so we could make counter offers, if necessary. As there was a third party involved a lot of the back and forth was arranged that documents could be signed online, which saved a lot of time and traveling. Because Victoria's background includes an accounting background and is a CPA she is well versed in analyzing numbers and making sense of the math involved. She is also bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. Victoria presents herself as a professional woman and dresses the part. She listens and treats her clients with respect and dedication in her efforts to sell/buy your home.
