Candice went above and beyond to make the purchase of our first home a delight! She made herself available to us during after hours and weekends. She provided great referrals and was very knowledgeable. When the time comes, we will be working with Candice again!

Fantastic Realtor in the South Bay! Candice is quick but thorough, efficient and very detailed. We needed to sell our investment property asap in October and not only did we close escrow December 12th, but for about $30,000 OVER the asking price! Candice is superb at fueling the bidding warsshe had 3 interested prospects on the FIRST DAY the property was listed. The photography was great and worth the wait! Candice guided us through an extremely difficult process with grace and ease and I trust her judgement which is exceptional. She is a true professional and someone I would highly recommend above everyone else here in the South Bay after 42years of growing up here in Manhattan Beach! REMAX-you are fortunate to have her representing you! Kudos to Candice!

Right now you need to contact Candice and express what you want, which is what I did about 12 years ago. She will get busy sharing her knowledge with you and trying to get you what you want (and might advise you more on what you actually need). I had two difficult transactions that other realtors passed on. I met Candice at one of her open houses. I needed help. Candice took over, worked diligently, and finished both of my transactions to my satisfaction. She didn't shy away from the hard stuff, like uncooperative tenants. That started a much longer business relationship between us. She has sold 4 and helped us purchase 3 varying pieces of real estate. She's very smart, industrious, and experienced. Great sense of humor and terrific customer service. I'm in love with competence. Candice is an expert at what she does.
