This company doesn't care about what their properties look like let alone their tenants. They just want to get who ever would pay regardless of how many people move in. They tried to kick us out because they want want to rent this place for a lot more. Too bad for them we are under rent control and went to the housing dept about it. They say they will send someone out to clean out the disgusting neighbors mess and they never have. These neighbors are so inconsiderate, loud, trashy and drug abusers. This company allowed squatters to live in the back for free for months. They're showing a disgusting trashy apartment that isn't even ready to be rented out yet. My advice: don't bother. Look somewhere else.

They don't not keep up the properties they manage. I had to call Code Enforcement and the Health Department. It is Property Management Companies like this needs closed down . They prey on the poor.
