If they cared at all about the community, they wouldnt litter all over the strand from Hermosa to Redondo. Ive seen 50 flyers blowing in the wind. If this is the best means of selling a property that they can conceive of, they cant sell your property.

They keep on saying they've been in business for 15 years, should've retired 15 years ago. Incapable property managers. Basically managed by husband and wife who can't manage sh*t and constantly call the landlord for the most basic stuff. Mark is not here mentally and forgets to execute basic tasks and Will is rude and obnoxious. You can't have a conversation with this women. They're a small team but still can't communicate with one another. Took them months to fix the most minor thing. They charge you the price but the quality and service is terrible. In high end real estate, property managers are dime a dozen so choose wisely.

I would be very wary dealing with these people.  Our rental home had a rain leak twice during our stay, and they never came to fix it, claiming that it was too rainy for the repairman to get on the roof.  Our ice maker never worked properly and the water heater broke down several times forcing us to take luke warm showers.  Not once did they ever come to clean and trim the bushes outside the property.  The icing on the cake came at the end of our disastrous 6 month rental, when Wili Baronet and her husband Mark Israel withheld half our security deposit (~$5k) claiming damage to their home attributed to my children dirtying up their walls and furniture.  I never knew washing walls could cost thousands of dollars but apparently they claim so!  I could go on and on about this charge and that but in the end I realized that these kinds of people are to be avoided at all costs!  Beware!
