Kat and Khalil gave me great customer service and got both cars done in good time. I was kept notified and updated by phone message regarding both cars despite them being very busy in the store, I never felt overlooked. Kat even remembered to apply the promotional offer to bring the price down though I hadnt reminded her and this was after her finding matching tires for my Chrysler that were a better price than I initially was quoted. I always feel the team going the extra yard to get the cars done at that store so have all my tire and wheel work done here. I recommend them to friends in the area as a result of the continued good service and Firestone MB has earnt my loyalty. Many thanks

Did my oil change, they fixed my tire that had a nail, and got a new set of tires. Hector was very helpful. Received excellent customer service from the manager. I really appreciate their service.

Someone here stole ~$45 ear protection ear pieces that were attached to my keys. Look out for a worker with two ear pieces that have an inner white ring and outside black ring. I went in for an oil change + some small other things in early March, and the next day I noticed my ear pieces had gone missing from the case still attached to my keys. You have to pry this case open with extreme precision to get them out, so the case opening on its own is nearly impossible. Closing the case also takes a good amount of force to make sure the lock on it snaps into place. Its taken me a month to finally write this review because Ive been searching my apartment and car looking for them (to no avail) just to be sure. And my keys are always attached to me with a caribener clip so Im never without them. I was waiting in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours with an appointment, plenty of time for something so small to get stolen. Is it my fault for leaving them on my keys? Probably, but at the end of the day Im just extremely annoyed and wanted to share my experience here.
