        Only at this location because my local Long Beach site closed. Sitting in a filthy waiting room. It was 1 hour after my appointment that they took my car in.

        Excellent customer service. Told me is was going to be a while because they were busy with other cars ahead of me. But was in and out quick, installed my new tires fast and I was on my way. Definitely will go back,a customer for life.

        If I could it would be no stars. They need better managers. Frank contradicted him self on service on my car and then lied it off. Bad service. I am sad they closed the long beach locations. I been twice to Carson locations and twice bad experiences first with Jose and then with Frank. I service 5 cars with Firestone not any more once all I am doing is balancing and rotation because I already paid. After that I am going to American Tires right next door. They have better rating and I hope better customer service.
