I went in wearing scrappy Walmart joggers and left wearing the most comfortable, s-o-f-t-e-s-t, warmest sweat pants I've ever had. Life-changing! Plus the M.B. store has the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever come across.I know where I'm going for my wife's birthday present.

Super cute clothes and accessories. Very high quality fabrics for both clothes and bags.Extremely friendly staff with easy and very efficient return policy. Highly recommend!!

For Manhattan Beach "retail" location... Customer service was not good. Might as well just shop online. Was ignored and when asked a question the girl actually rolled her eyes at me and asked if I had looked online.

Door was open and I walked in today at 10:15 am. I was immediately shooed out by orange haired woman, who said she just came into store to open cash register and they open at 11 am.  Did not apologize or show any kindness, treated me like trash. I had driven from the westside specifically to buy some last minute gifts from this store. I would have gladly waited but was floored by the rudeness. I went to vuori instead and bought all my gifts. Zero customer service or holiday spirit at Marine Layer, sales associates should receive training and treat everyone kindly and learn everyone is a potential customer.
