Not a place you go if you want to get sober. They have clients who have been there time after time again cause it doesnt work. Staff and owner is below average. Owner called me to harass me about bad review 3 times.

I've been to many treatment centers. Nothing compares to Rise. The individual attention you receive there blows any other rehab facility out of the water. The staff is caring and always there to talk to you. This has been a life changer for me. On top of that the facility is top notch and located in the most beautiful setting with ocean views. The private rooms were impeccable with everything offered very high quality. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible experience, though accommodations are nice and food is ok. I have several health issues (not all of them are alcohol related) and had to go to the Hospital for quite a few days. I had stabilized my condition, and on the morning I was to be discharged with the Hospital Dr's approval, I was told I'd be going back to Rise. However, mere minutes before being discharged, Rise reversed their decision and said I was too "complicated" for their care, or so I heard through my case manager. Rise made this assessment by looking at a few test results and without even examining me in person. In fact, I had never met or even talked to Dr Raskin before he made that decision. At this point, Rise went radio silent. No referrals or anything. They packed and dropped my luggage off at my hospital with several items conspicuously absent / stolen. I tried reaching out but to no avail. So now it's the afternoon, and I have nowhere to go (a hotel would be a horrible decision). I'm scrambling to find an alternate rehab, begging the hospital to let me stay another night. If they don't let me stay, Rise might as well have bought me a bottle of vodka as a parting gift. Once Rise realized they weren't going to get more money from me, they kicked me to the curb without even a "good luck." Is this the kind of place you want to go and people you want to treat you?
