We love the team of compasionate and wonderful women and vet techs who give the best care to our pets. They are all good listeners and take time to answer questions. We have taken our pets to whichever vet is available and always had a positive experience. Hence we continue to go all the way here because my fearful, shy dog does very well wirh the vets and vet teachs. The place is run in an organized manner and not chaotic like other vet offices. We love having access to holistic vets who understand the big picture and it's great to have accupuncture and chiropractic services all in the same place. They vets take time and give you personal attention and you get to go in and have a room to yourself and your pet. The best part is unlike a lot of vets, they're not trying to sell you flea/tick medication, vaccines, and keep pumping your let's with whatever is recommended on paper. I like they they give us the information and leave us to make well informed choices. They are open and knowledgeable about the latest science and hence take time to understand and then make recommendations. This is why we continue to go far to access their services.

My 5 year old cat and I unfortunately saw Debbie Krimsley at this clinic. She saw my cat for maybe 40 seconds and was giving me differential diagnosis of both kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. My cat was in for a wellness visit and a rabies shot BTW. She came to these conclusions because he had a 1 lb weight loss in 1 year, and because he threw up a hair ball once. She went as far as to say he may be able to be treated with an herbal supplement...but would need a radioactive iodine treatment to cure him. He would spend a week away from me due to being "radioactive ". Also...he likely had chronic kidney disease as well. I did say he swallowed hard at times, as I was so overwhelmed by what she was telling me. She never looked in his mouth. I began crying after she confirmed his life expectancy would be shorter. She handed me a box of tissues. She went on to tell me he needed labs and proceeded to ask me if I needed price quotes. I should have grabbed my cat and left...but I was traumatized with what she was saying. She packed my cat up with the tech and left. The tech droppped my cat back off to me in the room and I was brought the bill...$700 and change. Of course the next day Krimsley texts me saying my cats blood work and urine sample were all just fine! She scammed me after completely traumatizing me. I went to another vet for the swallowing issue...turns out he has a dental problem. I called The Whole Pet Vet to make a complaint to the business manager Jo. She was as cold as Krimsley stating we have personality differences. REALLY? FYI
