        Recently had to take my vehicle for repairs and needed a rental for the week, Enterprise was extremely helpful and simple to set up! Highly recommend speaking with Diana if youre in need of a rental!

        They were way too expensive compared to other local rental car places. Also all the extra fees added up quick. I will probably never rent off Enterprise Rent-A-Car unless it's an absolute emergency and I can't get a ride or if I can't get a rental car from another establishment.

        I always get excellent customer service from Diana and Jason when I pick up my rental car at Los Banos office. All employees are friendly and nice.

        RUDE !!! I spend a ton of money with Enterprise every week and this woman has made me realize I need to go elsewhere with my business! 1 person can ruin things for everyone! Sorry enterprise! You must be desperate!! Looking through reviews this has been going on for at least two years. I guess they really like dianna because they keep her.

        Had reservation for economy vehicle went to pick up was told they didnt have economy available and wanted me to pay difference for SUV even with reservation. Also raised deposit amount in store but website shows a lower amount. Girl working front desk wasnt helpful and she was RUDE!!
