Cool venue, greate for weddings and partys, also had a gated area/back yard in the back where you could go out and get some air. Would take an uber/taxi to get there as the neighbourhood was a bit rough (at least with the eyes of a tourist).

I really wanted to love this company, because their venues are beautiful. Unfortunately their business practices are cynical and they will jump to keep your money if anything goes wrong. In our case, we requested a change of date 6 months ahead of the planned event. Rather than apply the $5000 dollar deposit we had already paid to the new date, we were told we would have to pay another $5000 dollars to facilitate the date change, bringing the total deposit amount to $10,000. This was 6 months before the event, with plenty of time for them to find a replacement tenant. They made no attempt to accommodate our request or even partially honor the deposit. When I asked about this they immediately pointed to the contract and said their hands were tied. In addition to being disingenuous this wasnt even a strong legal case; the contract doesnt specify a procedure for a change of date. Unfortunately I would not trust them as business partners, especially not for something as important as a wedding. Its a shame, because they do create great venues.

Pretty sweet spot in downtown LA. It was clean and staff friendly. Beware, limited parking and surround area can be sketch
