My wife and I were looking for a bigger car since our 8 year old Honda CR-V got totaled and our two kids are heading towards becoming teenagers so we needed a bigger vehicle also the fact we're planning to go more often on road trips. We were referred by friends and ended up with Passage Automotive, very transparent and straight to the point, we've told that we didn't want to pay the ridiculous $5,000 over MSRP on a brand new car and in less than a day we got the news that our Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition was found and could be delivered the very next day. Thank you very much for the no hazzle and very nice car buying experience. In 4 more years when our son is 16 we'll be back.

Michael sold me a Fiat Abarth that had a bad turbo system in it. He kept stating that the car was fine and yet kept trying to send me from one mechanic to another. In the end I have a car that I cannot drive, wont pass smog, so I cannot register it. I told him I wanted to return the car so I guess I will have to seek counsel in order to get my money back.
