worst customer service! tony hernandez said we’re not eligible for free uber and catherine said they don’t offer it anymore which BS! (different excuses) when we book an appointment for maintenance the representative assured us for that service and we had that before too but unfortunately these two doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Better go to different branch than to deal with worst employees here
