I had Robert fix and re-upholster 6 chairs for my dining room table. He did a fabulous job; great work, quick turnaround and great price. He's also super nice. I highly recommend Robert!

Great shop! A small, hidden gem in K-town. Owner is very friendly, prices are reasonable, and the work is done quickly and competently. I am very happy with the service I received and definitely recommend this business to others.

I had six 50-year-old dining-room chairs from my childhood that were in bad shape. The fabric was peeling off, and the springs were visible (and you felt them). They also had brass studs going all the way around the backrests and the bottoms of the seats.I found D&R Upholstery on Yelp and brought one of them to Roberto (the owner) to see if he could bring these back to life. I was pleased to find out that not only could he do so, it would cost less than trying to find the same type of chair new. We agreed on a fabric, and then they were picked up at my house. I just got them back today (delivered by Roberto), and wow, not only do they look beautiful, they are extremely comfortable! I haven't had a chance to add before and after photos but will do so soon.There's a reason D&R Upholstery has been around for so many years--they are craftsmen, who do a quality job at a reasonable price. I really couldn't be happier.
