French Provincial Upholstery

SWINDLER & CHEATER!!! .. I went to French Provincial Upholstery On 9-9-2018 to get an estimate. I already had my fabric, but Mr. Varquez said I didn't have enough. So he look in the back and came out with what he had close to my fabric. I decided on one print, and instruct him to put it on the back of the chair. I don't know the exact yardage for upholstery, but I thought 4 1/2 yards at 59 " wide was enough to do the chair. He charged me $ 50.00 for a rimlet piece of old fabric, that he couldn't do nothing else with! The manufacturer dosen;t make that print anymore. Mr. Domingo Varquez picked up my chair, to re upholsterer the next day. When he delivered the chair on 10-5-2018, it was completed with my fabric, except for underneath the cushion. He said he found some fabric like mine, in his shop.... He lied!!!! He kept my additional $ 50.00 for his fabric and still used my fabric to complete the chair.The place I bought the fabric from, keeps a record of every customer on the tag, that purchase that particular fabric. I called them the next day, and there was no record of him buying the fabric.. They also know him as well as other upholstery guys. He was sure Domingo never purchased it!! The chair looks good! But he isn't a honest man!! Will not do business with him ever again! I DON"T LIKE CHEATERS AND SWINDLERS!!!
