Pavilion Fabric

Ebi totally let me down. I had him remake cushions for 8 chairs at great expense. He assured me that he would do a great job. Unfortunately he used way too much foam stuffing and now the cushions that were originally sleek and Italian now look overly inflated. Ebi is dodging my calls and texts. It looked like I will have to pay someone else to fix them. Steer clear of Pavilion Fabric. Horrible experience.

I had 8 chair cushions  reupholstered by Ebi. Although the leather is beautiful, and I'm pretty sure that the quality of the foam and webbing are really good, the final appearance is the opposite of what it should look like. The cushions are totally overstuffed. They used about three times the foam as they should have. The cushions look like they have been over inflated with a high pressure hose. I tried getting in touch with Ebi but he is dodging my texts and calls. I hate giving him such a bad review but it seems that I have no recourse. Now after paying about 30% more than his competitors, it looks like I will have to pay more to have them remade.

Ebi has done a few jobs for me now and they have all been really great and fairly priced. I recently did this footstool and I'm very happy with the workmanship. He also turned it around very quickly. Thank you!

From the moment we walked into the shop, we knew that this was going to be the best stop on our upholstery searching journey. We are from Hawaii and were trying to find upholstery to redo our bar stools. We had been to a few other places, but when we entered this shop, we were greeted by Ebi. He was so knowledgeable and took quite some time showing us the various fabrics and talking to us about our project and how to try to do it on our own. He even said we could call him from Hawaii when we were working on it if we had questions. Well I did call him, and true to his word, he helped me through some of the reupholstery process. Who does that? He does. We even enjoyed tea and snacks while we were in his shop. What an experience! If you are looking for quality fabric and exceptional customer service this is definitely the place to go. You will be glad you did!
