Mail Zone

This is the most unprofessional place of business Ive ever come across! They are NEVER open!! Youll have to call and see if anyone is there during business hours otherwise youll be wasting gas and time going there. They supposedly open at 11. Its 11:30 now. Anytime I come theyre closed and I have to continue coming back on a gamble checking to see if maybe just maybe it will be open. My drivers license was there for almost a year before they gave it to me. I thought it never came and paid for a replacement. Peoples livelihood depends on them. There are checks being delivered there. If I cant get my check, I cant pay my rent or bills. If I cant pay my rent or bills I accrue a late fee. Theyre not going to have to pay that. I do. Very inconsiderate and failing their customers. If you cant handle the business you should just close it. Hire someone who will be there to open and close during the hours in which you say you are in business. This is not fair to your customers. BBB is seriously a thought right now. I wouldnt have given the 1 star if I didnt have to. Their business ethics are absolutely horrible.
