Told me deposit of 300 was refundable and Tatiana from Broadway palace did not answer emails, also never even got an approval letter. They then said my move in date is tomorrow and reached back i figured something happened and it was rented and they are trying to take my holding deposit! Trash! Didn't update me and then charging me for it. I contacted with questions before the period they never even told me existed and ghosted me.

Very poor management. They brag on the website that managers live on the property so theres no excuse to not take initiative with maintenance requests but after you sign that lease they have the audacity to imply anything they do should be perceivedas a "favor". Good luck, buyer beware

I cancelled my hold on an apartment at The Colony Townhomes managed by GHP at the beginning of July. It is now the 27th and I have yet to receive my refund for $295. I have called multiple times to try and get my finances back only to hear the same story each time. "Maybe your leasing agent didn't process the cancellation right away, that isn't something that is handled by our office, we have to send the documents to our main office." I heard that on the 14th of the month as well as today, the 27th. Both times they said that they would make sure that the paperwork was being processed. It shouldn't take a month to get people their money back. My question is why was that paperwork not processed day of? If this is how they handle something as simple as a refund request on a holding deposit, I cant imagine what it'll be like to get your AC fixed when it goes out in summer. Recommendation to Management: Get some clear SLAs in place for these things, you'd have more positive interactions with prospective tenants and better reviews. *The woman I spoke to on the phone today was very kind, if only I could pay my bills with kindness alone.*

GHP team members are very knowledgeable of the industry and are constantly seeking ideas for improvements. It is a great place to work. The company genuinely cares about the employees and a healthy work environment. Besides that, the GHP properties are unique in style, architecture, and resident services. If you are a person who aims for a positive quality of life, you will love it.
