I can't say much about MW I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks, I've emailed, called and even had someone send them a tweet. I'm hoping it's just because of the holidays that I haven't heard back from them. Here's hoping I get in contact with them and can add more stars to the review.

Lillian is great! She works extremely hard and doesn't seem to sleep. Lillian is available anytime. Lillian is diligent and patient. She has many very good relationships in the industry, which in this business is key. Lillian makes you feel as though you are her only client. We'll miss hanging out with her every single Sunday (and some Saturdays, some Wednesdays...etc.) looking for homes. Ok, we won't miss the looking for homes part.

I was promised my deposit back, and was scammed out of it.... Another person, Brian, has contacted me regarding being scammed as well as the fake reviews on MW Realty (please let me know if you've also have been scammed) DO NOT TRUST Robert Lopez. I took his word at face value and made the fatal mistake of not getting a confirmation in writing. He promised me (three times) that I would receive my deposit back...but never did. After more than a dozen dodged calls, being hung up on and humiliated by Peter, Wolf and Robert I decided to post and share my experiences to warn others, then a fake user named "Fred Sills" posted and claimed to be my roommate? We had no male roommates in the house....I can confirm who my roommates where at the time. Shortly after I posted , 5 fake reviews all from people with no pictures/anonymous posted stellar reviews....Obvious fake accounts from MW. Be smart Trojans! I did not have the funds or time to take them to small claims court, but I aim to start a class action law suit. Again I never roomed with Fred Sills. I don't know who that is. Who calls someone a "creature" and says "god bless" in the same breath. Obvious fake account from MW. He only has one glowing review and no real picture...hmmm wonder why? Be smart Trojans! Totally not suspicious that all those reviews came after I posted the truth about them. Weird right? Still have not been contacted by MW, 3 years later. Wish I could give it zero stars. False advertising and a lot of manipulation. Do not choose this housing if you are a USC student. They claim I broke my lease but if I was breaking my lease when I moved out why did Robert promise me multiple times my deposit back? The truth is the amenities that were proposed to me when I initially moved in were not there like free washer and dryer. Also their properties do not have phone jacks to install WIFI.... This is not a hate speech, it's the truth. Ask the current residents of their properties what they think about them, they all have the same thoughts about MW Realty.

I had a good experience leasing with this company. They use a really cool system where you book online and they reconfirm several times before a showing. The leasing person was knowledgeable about the area and the property. They follow up afterward to see how it went.
