The most incompetent pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever dealt with. My diabetes medication was noted 1/2 so instead of giving me the full 180 tablets, they only gave me 90 tablets. When I went to go get my refill, they wouldnt fill it for me because it was too early. I tried to explain to them that I was only given half my prescription last time but I was totally dismissed. They didnt fill my prescription so I ran out of my diabetes medication. Pharmacist also doesnt know the basics of medication doses. I was prescribed Ozempic which is given at 0.25mg for four weeks then increased to 0.5mg. When I tried to get more needles the pharmacist couldnt understand why I needed more needles. I tried to explain to him that its because I was doing half dosages but he didnt understand and didnt refill it because I wasnt due for a refill. When it was time to increase my dosage to 0.5mg, the pharmacist again did not understand why I was increasing my dose and told me to stick with 0.25mg. He had to confirm with the doctor to tell me that I can do 0.5mg when this should be basic knowledge that a pharmacist should know, or he could have easily googled it. This pharmacy has done more harm than good by withholding my medication.
