        They never pick up the phone and purposely set it up to go straight to voicemail!

        This pharmacy is obviously understaffed. The workload on the pharmacist is outrageous. Im sure this is why when I handed over my three scripts (one of them being an antibiotic that needed to be started immediately,) without even looking at them she tells me Ill have to wait until tomorrow. I let her know theyre urgent medications and she tells me they dont have them. ?????? Id waited 30 minutes. Not helpful & not caring.

        They don't adhere to California or Los Angeles vaccine guidelines for allowing qualifying patients.

        Went for my booster shot. Rene was so polite and patient at the pharmacy counter, and Kelly was an amazing vaccinator. Kelly was very skilled, made me feel at ease, and went above and beyond with positivity. And they give you a coupon for the store at the end. Would be my top choice to get vaccinated again.
