I am finishing up my treatment with Dr. Madan and I have one word to describe my service - phenomenal! Dr. Madan and her team were always so kind, caring and detailed oriented! I am so glad that I came to BHO for my orthodontic treatment. Id been wanting to align my teeth for years and am so glad I came here. Thank you Dr. Madan and team for everything!

It was such a smooth journey. Anthony made my feel great about my teeth and were very delicate with the uncomfortable stuff same as Gabriel and Irene and. I would recommend the office to my friends. They were awesome.

My Invisalign treatment itself was a pretty hands-off process, which generally was fine. However when I DID need to come in, my experience in the office was consistently bad. I almost always got treated late, and ended up sitting in the waiting room as well as then in the chair just waiting to be seen. The office was almost always overbooked, or maybe just running late. My best example of this was when I came in for an 8am appointment (to be seen before work), and ended up waiting for over 40 mins in the chair. I was waiting for so long that I had to leave to move my car that I parked on the street, and that I was then late for work. The best part is that the appointment lasted maybe 2 minutes. This office has huge time management issues, but service is fine as long as you don't mind sitting around

I have been coming to Beverly Hills Orthodontics since I was 8 or 9 (I'm 18 now). My teeth were really messed up when I was a little kid, but through years of expanders and Invisalign (I'm just now getting my retainers), my teeth look great and I am truly satisfied. The office is well-maintained and the nurses are very warm and friendly. However, out of all the people who work at BHO, the one whom I feel has been the least friendly toward me is Dr. Madan herself. I had previously been seeing Dr. Cohen, but after she left, I switched to seeing Dr. Madan. I have never liked Dr. Madan, and that is because I don't think she has ever liked me. When I first got Invisalign in 8th grade, I was a lot slower with them because--being the undisciplined kid that I was--I did not wear them all day and would sometimes not wear them for a day or two at a time. So sometimes I would have to wear the same set of trays for a few weeks instead of just one week. Nevertheless, my aligners were still (slowly but surely) improving how my teeth looked, and I was happy. But Dr. Madan seemed to take great issue with my leisurely pace. I remember one time when I had been on the same tray for a while (I forgot exactly how long), during a visit with her, she made me calculate the tray number that I should have been on by then. I really have no idea what the point of that was, but if it was to embarrass me, then she did a great job! I had always told myself that Invisalign wasn't a race and that it was fine to take a bit more time on it if needed, but even though it was my treatment and not hers, she did not approve of this philosophy. During the summer of 2022, when I was almost done with my Invisalign treatment, a major negative event happened in my life. I became pretty depressed because of it. I stopped taking care of myself as much, and one of the things I stopped doing was wearing my aligners. As a result, when I tried to wear them a few months later, my teeth had moved to entirely new positions so that my set no longer fit. When I came to Dr. Madan's office to get my teeth scanned for a new set of aligners, she didn't even try to hide how annoyed she was. The not-so-subtly condescending things she said to me, paired with her general demeanor, made me feel like I was a failure for having to start Invisalign all over again. She showed no genuine interest in trying to connect with me and understand why I had stopped wearing my aligners in the first place. Talking to her about what had happened would have been great, but I guess she just didn't care enough. She did ask me why I had stopped wearing my aligners, but it was in a very snippy tone that made me reluctant to open up with her. So I just said "I don't know" and left it at that. Fast forward to now, and she's still as patronizing as ever. It seems like during almost every appointment I have with her, she brings up how long it's taken me to complete Invisalign, or how next-to-impossible it is for a patient to need two different sets of aligners. Yes, I am aware of that, you don't need to remind me every time. I believe that the main reason why I was so slow to finish my Invisalign treatment was mental health issues that I had been dealing with. In those moments when I was wearing my aligners sporadically, or when I had stopped wearing them altogether, I needed someone who could be there for me and perhaps help me work out a plan to get back on track with wearing them again. If Dr. Madan had given me that kind of support instead of being extremely cold and contemptuous, I think things would have turned out a lot differently. I don't really know if anyone will read this whole thing, but as someone who's been coming here for half my life, that's just my two cents about this place. Thanks for reading.
