Adrienne, Mayra and Dr. Tara were fantastic. As a certified dental chicken, i was immediately put at ease by their welcoming nature and thorough explanation of the work i will be having done next month. I cant believe I am saying this, but I really am looking forward to a dental appointment for the first time in my life and cant wait to see the results - thanks again ladies!!!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Downtown Dental. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The porcelain veneers I had placed last week transformed my smile in just one single visit, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The procedure was entirely painless, and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive throughout. Easily deserving of 5 stars! Thank you for giving me a smile I love! Such great staff! I came in for a cleaning as a new patient and was treated with such care. Jazmin, Pedro and Susie made sure I was comfortable my whole appointment. Dr.Tara explained everything to me in a way that I understood and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience. Thank you downtown dental!!

Great service and speedy visit. Dr. Tara was amazing and answered all the question that I had during the visit. Teeth cleaning was very fast and efficient. The office manager was so nice and addressed all concerns when it came to charges and visit fees up front. Easy parking located within the building as well. 10/10 recommend.

I have sought consult with many different dentists to replace four crowns I was given by another dentist that do not fit at all. Dr. Mungcal implemented a process to find my centric occlusion tap point that was completely different from the gentle harmless approach implemented by 5 other dentists. Dr. Mungcal crammed my chin into my neck with all his strength while I was prone with totally inappropriate excessive pressure as part of some attempt to force my anterior-seated jaw joint back into its proper hinge position. I woke up the next morning with a horrible sharp pain on the left side of my neck prohibitive of swiveling my head. I have had no such issues with such neck injury previously. I even specifically cautioned him that my neck muscles could be vulnerable from lack of exercise and from having already had insufficient dental occlusal support for my jaw and neck muscles for over a year. This injury has affected my life horribly and now 4 months later the left side of my neck remains stiff with limited range of motion and is sensitive to all tortion.. I will get an MRI next week to evaluate the extent of the damagemaybe this is the reckless insane approach to centric occlusion hunting that they teach at UOP, Idk, but if you are in need of any occlusal restoration evaluation I would absolutely recommend avoiding this person like plague.
