        One of the employees was very rude with me trying to figure out how to operate the copy machine since I have only used it once before... Definitely could have been nicer since it is technically customer service!!!

        First time to this location, came in for the TSA pre check, small parking lot but had no problem finding parking. Day time didnt feel unsafe. Friendly helpful staff inside. I was helped quickly, made my experience a good one. Would highly recommend and would return. Clean store and actually much larger inside than it looks.

        My dmv forms printed horizontally (and I just know those snotty, snarky dmv employees wont accept them) so I suggest to not print it yourself if youre printing dmv forms ask the front desk to help you first or else if youre unlucky youll get an employee who will charge you again to get it to print vertically. Also there is no option to switch between vertical or horizontal format, they give you a preview of what the printed copy will look like but it still comes out horizontal lol

        I used to come here all the time. It used to be my favorite. Now the services are terrible. Unfriendly, curt and slow. Dont know who to complain to since the manager is also rude. Came in twice in a week and both times, very unhappy with the lack of service. I guess I have to drive all the way to Mid Wilshire for a competent and cordial customer service.
