Monday evening I went to buy a desk chair that was comfortable yet not to expensive. Im disabled due to a stroke. I showed up at 8:30 only giving me 30 minutes to decide what to get. I was very impressed by the employees who were helping me they were patient they didnt rush me Chris was talking to me giving me all the info of the chairs he suggested and even told me about the warranty when I made my choice This cool guy Edger went in the back to search for my chair. Unfortunately they didnt have the one in back so I asked if I could get the display model so Chris talked to Javier the sales manager if it was ok and I asked if I could get a discount being it was a floor model so he gave me a deal gave me the exact warranty for free which was $15 off they were all nice professional and pleasant. The store is a little bit out of the way for me but when you get great service I dont mind at all and who ever was the intelligent person who hired these 3 knew what they were doing Great job Staples Ill be back thank you

This has to be the best staples ever in my opinion. They are very nice here and helped my family a lot with passport pictures and made what we thought was impossible, possible .. It was really important and it worked thank you for everything we really appreciate it

This is conveniently located on Wilshire near a lot of other shops. This was recently build and they moved it slightly West from where it used to be, so now it is to the west of the Ralph's here. The new building looks a lot better and has a modern design. It also has an entrance from Wilshire, making it more convenient to access before. In the old one you could only enter from the parking lot in the back. Today, I was looking for a USB flash drive. I asked for help, and one of the employees guided me to where to find them. He showed me several different options and helped me to find the best fit for me, taking into account the amount of memory and USB version. I went with the NXT 32 GB drives which were USB 3.2. Overall this is a great place to get technology and school supplies.

Had a very bad experience with Michael V. Manager at this Staples location. My husband and I are elderly people who needed to make a few copies. We have always had a rough time with their complicated computerized copy machines. We have always been helped by a very polite staff member, until today. We kindly asked Michael V. Can you help us.? only to receive a weird and sarcastic reply from him: Im not a doctor. From there, he stated rather rudely that we should just do it ourselves and go read the instructions. I reminded him that we were elderly people who needed assistance, so he, unwillingly went to supposedly help us. He said that the next time we should get a caretaker with us. Another nasty remark! We were treated like dirt by this arrogant individual. Elder abuse! We are furious to be treated with such disrespect. It is truly horrific to treat elderly people with such sarcasm and rudeness. SHAME ON STAPLES FOR HIRING SOMEONE LIKE MICHAEL V. AS A MANAGER.
