They keep your money for deposit, send your things to a warehouse and for over a week they will not answer their phones, nor will they give you fake numbers when you want to contact them. I was told they would call me in 24 - 48 hours to let you know when your semi with your items will arrive at your door. It has been over a week. A lawyer is now involved and hopefully they will call and bring me my things. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CALLS ONCE THEY HAVE 1/2 YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Worst ever. They booked my move, secured my money. They used another company for the actual move. It's been 49 days and counting, no furniture delivered to my address yet. I had 2 separate moves. There are pieces of furniture missing from that move. I call all the numbers they gave me, and emailed them. I keep getting the run around. No one knows anything. I'm just the secretary, in sorry sir but I don't know anything is all I am hearing. Where is my furniture? Please avoid this company by all means. I really regret using them. Customer service will not return my calls. If I could give a Negative 10 stars, I would.

First allow me to clarify a few things. DO NOT confuse this company for US Van Lines that has an A rating on BBB. The names are similar but NOT the same. As such its easily to get the two mixed which I think plays as an advantage for this deceptive company. Secondly, this company (USA Van Lines) is a BROKER company and as such their priority is based on profit and not for customer satisfaction or fair pricing. You will be overcharged; you will get questionable and subpar service and you will not have a pleasant experience. So, my quick review is AVOID at all costs, but should you decide to go with them here are a few suggestions. One, plan early and have a backup plan, you will need it. Two, DO NOT sign any contract or provide a deposit unless the price of estimate is LOCKED and it so mentioned in writing, within the contract. If they can't or won't do this then walk away. Finally, and I can't express this enough, it's a broker company, You are much better off moving yourself before using their services. YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY OR TIME.

I had an amazing experience. The movers were courteous, friendly and professional at the same time. The move was smooth and pleasant, I will use them if I ever move again. In addition the price was reasonable and affordable.

Horrible Customer Service Horrible in terms on Coordination Jennifer the Sales agent did a good job in sweet talking to make the initial payment. Once you make a payment they disappear. Made several calls to coordinate the pickup myself. On the contract they will write that we will reassemble items at delivery but they won't. The driver will make random call and asked for payment in cash before he delivers. I had to unload items myself off the truck. They have also damaged some of the items. Stay as far away as you can.
