I’m very upset with myself that I can’t remember the names of our movers. They were very courteous, swift, and careful. We had a difficult move in situation involving a small elevator used by several people moving in at the same time and they never once expressed stress or anxiety, even though when I asked them I found out they had another move to go to after! Everything arrived in excellent condition, and they spared no packaging to protect our things. Wish I could remember who the two gentlemen were.

I'm writing about Fastruck because we had such a lovely experience working with these people recently. They helped us move from LA to OC. Initially, I called Fastruck and spoke with Anthony. I asked about getting an estimate ahead of time, but he said something a little unusual - they don't give you an estimate beforehand, but rather charge based on the hours they worked + "double drive time." Other companies said they'd do a virtual tour of our home and give us a quote or just quote a flat rate for packing + moving based on the items I told them we needed them to move. After discussing this with my partner, we decided Fastruck was the way to go because they seemed the most straightforward and competent. At first, I was concerned that might incentivize them to dawdle, but that's not what happened at all. Three guys showed up ready to work, and they moved efficiently. They all had great attitudes and were easy to work with. When we move again, we hope Fastruck can do the job. Thanks!
