Didnt complete the process of copying a fob. Refunds you but..will take 10 business days. I went to 4 different locations trying and all of them had some sort of failure in the process. Most machines dont even do fobs you have to look online to locate one that does and then you show up and it doesnt actually do it. The companys machines worked a year ago dont know what happened.

Do NOT use their services. Completely unprofessional. I just called to set up an appointment. Dispatch sent my info and the lock smith calls and says he'll be 15 minutes away. I ask for a quote and he says he can't tell until he sees the lock. He ends up taking almost an hour and comes to check the door. We ask for an estimate and he doesn't respond and just starts opening the door. We then have to demand an estimate and he says that for a simple 5 pin door handle it is $49 per pin. The total is $249. We go back and forth and decide to do it. And then after we give the verbal ok only then does he say there is a $49 service charge. He never mentioned that at all during the several times when we asked for an estimate. When we asked for an estimate we also asked what forms of payment he accepts and no answer. Only after he performs the service does he mention that he only accepts Zelle and Venmo. We say we can pay with Venmo and THEN he says there is a $20 fee for paying with Venmo. This is a HORRIBLE way to run a business. He just wouldn't be up front with any of the pricing including the service charge, as well as the fee for using Venmo. I would NOT suggest anyone use this business. It's just absurd.
