If there was an option for ZERO stars I would choose it, 1.) No consistent hours, 2.) has completely lost multiple packages, 3) on the surface she seems nice, but underneath she is a typical rude and disrespectful woman, 4) Does not know how to take constructive criticism, 5) her attitude changed when she stopped wearing her hijab, 6) NEVER had one issue under previous ownership. STAY AWAY if your mail is important.

Very dangerous place to do business. Confiscates your mail. You wont get packages or mail until she decides. Very unprofessional. VERY SCARY.

I have been using LA Mailboxes and more for 10+ years. I have been very happy with their services as they provided a convenient location, an easy way to pay online and were always friendly when I went to retrieve my mail. It seems the father passed the business along to his daughter (?) Kadi (?) in the last few years and the customer service is non-existent or rude and hostile. I have unfortunately had several encounters with this lady where I am calm and polite and she escalates the conversation into an argument and power trip. No one answers the phone at this business, there is no way to leave a message and no response to emails - though you might get a random call one day from an angry woman demanding your keys or payment. Do yourself a favor  - save the headache and use one of the many other mailboxes in LA.
